Can you read these confusing Rxs?

Rx 1: Shiela Narayan, RPh; Christina Tucker, CPhT; and Perry Chu, RPh, of Sav-on Pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada, could not read everything on this prescription. Can you guess what it says?

A: Motrin 600 mg PO #40 q 8 prn; Soma 350 mg PO qhs prn #30

Rx 2: Of this prescription, Pharmacist Beth Wille of County Market Pharmacy in Springfield, Illinois, wrote, "The script says Gabapentin 200 mg PO QHS, but I was unsure what followed the directions, so I called the doctor's office." Can you decipher the last part?
