Pharmacy Times interviewed Peter Stenvinkel, MD, PhD, FASN, full professor and senior lecturer in the Department of Renal Medicine at Karolinska University Hospital in Karolinska Institutet, on his presentation at the American Society of Nephrology’s Kidney Week 2021 on vascular aging in chronic kidney disease.

During the interview, Stenvinkel discussed what may be some of the contributing factors to early vascular aging and how might they be counteracted.
