Miller, RPh, executive vice president and CEO of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), discusses H.R. 3204, the Drug Quality and Security Act, which passed the House of Representatives on September 25, 2013. Miller explains that IACP opposes the bill because it reaffirms section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act rather than fixing its problems.
