Combination Therapy for Fungal Nail Infections

The results of a study published in the May 2014 issue of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology suggest that combining treatment with a fractional carbon-dioxide laser with topical antifungal therapy may be an effective treatment for fungal nail infections in patients who experience adverse reactions to systematic antifungal agents.
