In this discussion, Reed discussed the shift towards telemedicine sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the changes in health care practices she would like to see remain in place. Reed expressed hope that telehealth would remain available not only in the form of video visits, but also by way of telephone visits and asynchronous messaging.
