, (NYSE: AGN) a leading global pharmaceutical company, today launched the LILETTA + LILETTA Patient Commitment Program(SM), an innovative program for eligible patients to obtain a second LILETTA at no out-of-pocket cost for the product.

LILETTA is a hormone-releasing system placed in a woman's uterus to prevent pregnancy for up to three years and is greater than 99% effective. The LILETTA + LILETTA Patient Commitment Program was designed for eligible patients with commercial insurance who receive LILETTA on or before

December 31, 2016
