Ofloxacin Tablets

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA (North Wales, Pa)recently announced the introduction and availability ofOfloxacin Tablets. This product is AB-rated and is bioequivalentto Ortho-McNeil?s Floxin tablets. The productis prescribed to patients to reduce the development ofdrug-resistant bacteria and to maintain the effectivenessof this and other antibacterial drugs. Ofloxacin Tablets areindicated for the treatment of adults with mild-to-moderateinfections (unless otherwise indicated) caused bysusceptible strains of designated microorganisms. Theseinfections include chronic bronchitis, community-acquiredpneumonia, and acute pelvic inflammatory disease,among others.
