Vital Care Expands to Indiana, Partners with Local Pharmacy

Vital Care, Inc recently announced that its network of franchised home infusion pharmacies has expanded to Indiana.

Vital Care, Inc. is pleased to announce that its network of franchised home infusion pharmacies has expanded to Indiana. Last week, Family Drug of Brownstown, Indiana officially joined the Vital Care network and will soon be providing home infusion services in the Brownstown area. Family Drug is an established, family-owned community pharmacy that has been in business in the Brownstown area for 75 years providing retail pharmacy services, compounding pharmacy services, and medical equipment.

Scott Butt, President of Family Drug, had been speaking with Vital Care for several months and was excited to make the decision to move forward with Vital Care. He said, "Our entire team at Family Drug is looking forward to the opportunity to serve even more patients in our community by providing home infusion services. We are glad to be a franchise with Vital Care and intend on utilizing all of the services they provide to help us provide home infusion services in Brownstown and the surrounding areas."

Logan Davis, PharmD, interim coordinator of franchise development for Vital Care, worked with Scott Butt and the team at Family Drug as they considered joining the network. Upon reaching an agreement with Family Drug, he said, "We are thrilled to be expanding into Indiana by partnering with the team at Family Drug in Brownstown. They are motivated and excited about the opportunity to grow their business by joining our team. We will be working with Family Drug over the next few months as they prepare to provide home infusion services, and are glad that they decided to join our growing network."
