Pharmacy Times spoke to Melissa Castora-Binkley at the PQA Annual Meeting 2022 and described the type of research PQA conducts.
Castora-Binkley: At PQA, our research is focused on quality of medication use, and that can mean a lot of different things. Quality is a huge area, but we really focus a lot on safety, patient engagement, access to medications, adherence to medications, health equity, and quality innovation. Our team is diverse, and we have expertise in quantitative research as well as quality.
