GAME OF PHONES
When patients get angry at us over the phone because we put them on hold in order to help all of the patients who called before them.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Hearing the same annoying commercials over my pharmacy’s loud- speaker a dozen times each day.
SUGAR RUSH
Customers who use the pharmacy register to buy nothing more than a beverage and a candy bar because “it’s too busy up front.”
THANKS FOR NOTHING
I don’t mind working on Thanksgiving so I can help any patients who may have questions or need medication, but do they have to taunt me by talking about all the delicious food they have waiting for them at home?
