Pet Peeves
Pet peeves involving unprepared drive-thru customers, unhelpful doctor's offices, and confusing scripts.
No Driver’s License at the Drive-thru. When a drive-thru customer is dropping off or picking up a prescription for a controlled substance, and I ask to see his driver’s license, but he doesn’t have it.
Assuming that I Only Call for Refills. When you call a doctor’s office regarding a clinical issue, and the office staff connects you to the refill line.
Drug-Strength Dilemma. When doctors write for a drug strength that doesn’t exist, or they don’t include a strength at all.
Confusing E-scripts. I love the e-scripts that have 2 different sets of directions!
