PRESS RELEASE

Fort Worth, TX—April, 13 2016— PDX, Inc. and MarkeTouch Media announce a new integration that will incorporate the certification of the PDX EPS Patient Notification Service with MarkeTouch Media’s outbound and mobile notifications for prescription status updates.

The PDX EPS Patient Notification service automates will-call bin management data that is processed and delivered to patients through MarkeTouch Media’s outbound notification and mobile solutions. The service is unique as it provides real-time data from a single source regarding prescription status including “exceptions” such as out-of-stock and partial-fill.

MarkeTouch has been a certified technical partner with PDX since 2007 and was a natural fit to beta test the new interface. “MarkeTouch Media is proud to work with PDX on a solution that increases patient adherence, satisfaction and revenue while streamlining workflow for pharmacies,” stated Lyle Green, Vice President at MarkeTouch Media.

“PDX is pleased to work with MarkeTouch Media to bring a unique solution to market for our customers that enables convenience and the ability to reach patients with pertinent information about their prescriptions,” stated Jason Adama, Vice President, RMS and Channel Partner Relations at PDX.

The service is active and implemented in a Regional pharmacy chain and is already seeing positive results. There have been no complaints regarding the new communication and have reduced return to stock in pilot locations by more than 40%.
