Mental Recess: I'm So PharmD

University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy students parodied Iggy Azalea’s “I’m So Fancy” with their video “I’m So PharmD.”
In the video, students from the Student National Pharmaceutical Association chapter at UC College of Pharmacy showed pride in their pharmacy skills, rather than their fanciness.
Azalea’s opening lyrics, “First things first, I’m the realest/Drop this, and let the whole world feel it” are transformed in the video to “First thing’s first, I’m a druggist/Orange vials in my Rx luggage.”
The chorus proclaims, “I’m so PharmD/Pre-pharm to Doctorate/Fresh new white coat/You know I’m rockin’ it,” as students dance and rap around the school.
“I’m So PharmD” was directed and edited by Randy King and sung by Kyla McLaughlin and Tanh Truong, with lyrics by Truong and King.
