Patient outcomes are often the result of what patients do when they are away from their providers.

TranscriptPatient outcomes are often the result of what patients do when they are away from their providers. We want to create an integrated platform for pharmacists to extend their reach into the home, which will give them the ability to have a greater impact on patient outcomes. The word of the day, today, is adherence.
