acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer.Pamabrom is a diuretic (water pill).- Pyrilamine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body.
- Do not take more of this medication than is recommended.
- An overdose of acetaminophen can damage the liver or cause death.
- Pamprin Multi-Symptom is usually taken only for a short time until PMS symptoms clear.
