Can You Read These Rxs?
When Wendell Howell, RPh, and Joni McBryant, CPhT, of Rochelle Drug & Gift in Rochelle, Georgia, received this illegible prescription, they called the physician’s office for clarification. When the nurse couldn’t decipher it either, she had to ask the doctor what was prescribed. Do you know what it is?
When pharmacy technician Morgan Smith of Publix Pharmacy in Newberry, Florida, saw this prescription, she just could not make sense of it. After receiving some help, she was finally able to determine the drug being prescribed. Can you read the prescription?
