Can You Read These Rxs?
Walmart pharmacy manager Phil Crank, Jr, of store #2424 in Ticonderoga, New York, could not make heads or tails of this prescription brought to him by a patient. After giving up on figuring out what the doctor had written, Crank put in a call to the prescriber’s office. The doctor’s office called back and explained the intended text of the prescription. Can you figure out what the doctor wrote?
