She couldn’t read the messy handwriting, so Melissa and her colleagues contacted the prescriber to clarify the drug name and dispensing instructions. Do you know what it says?

Valium 2 mg #270—take 1 every 8 hours as needed

Macrobid 100 mg #20—take 1 capsule twice daily for 10 days
