can you READ these Rxs?
Registered Pharmacist Patrick Griffith and Tom Ourada, CPhT, senior pharmacy technician, of Walgreens #3700 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, knew that this prescription was going to be difficult as soon as they saw the prescribing physician's name. The pharmacy staff always has a hard time reading his scripts and usually has to call his office 1 or 2 times a day for assistance. After calling the office for clarification on this script, the pharmacy was able to dispense it. Do you know what drug was being ordered?
