can you READ these Rxs?
Rx 1: This prescription was a real challenge for Registered Pharmacist Alan J. Arnowitz and his staff at The Medicine Shoppe in Hackensack, NJ. They were up to the task, however. Arnowitz said, "We figured it out without having to call the doctor, but it took 3 heads and a few minutes." Can you figure out this prescription without the help of the physician?
Rx 2: This prescription looks more like a note than a medication order. Registered Pharmacist Joseph P. Schuler, of SWC Pharmacy in Norwalk, Conn, did his best to decipher as much of the writing before asking staff members to lend a hand. When the staff could do no more, Schuler called the prescribing physician for verification. Do you know what this prescription says?
