It's the key component regarding immunizations, regarding medications...it's critical for patients to have education. So educating your patients on new vaccines, the dates, the times for them is very important. Where the vaccine will be given, how long they may have to sit for, or just get right up afterwards are all questions that patients have and educating them so that they feel empowered is critical.
