The first college in the country to teach pharmacy produces higher earners than the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League school in the same state.

University of the Sciences (USciences) not only beat the University of Pennsylvania on average salary among alumni after 10 years, but also produced the highest earners than any other school in the state, including other prestigious colleges such as Villanova University, Carnegie Mellon University, Bucknell University, Haverford College, and Swarthmore College.

The average salary of a USciences graduate after a decade is $85,800, according to the US Department of Education’s College Scorecard.

The University of Pennsylvania had the next highest average salary, with graduates earning around $78,200 a decade later.

Thomas Jefferson University, Lehigh University, and Villanova rounded out the top 5.

USciences’ average annual cost is $25,883 and graduation rate is 73%, both of which are above national averages.

Health professions and related programs are the most popular fields at USciences (82%), followed by biological and biomedical sciences, physical sciences, and fields related to fitness studies or psychology.
