QS/1 has released an interface from its workflow process to the eNGAGE patient management platform. With eNGAGE, pharmacists and technicians can manage patient-focused activities, such as Five-Star measures, prescription synchronization, medication therapy management events, immunization opportunities, and patient-safety measures.

“Through this partnership with FDS, and the eNGAGE Alert program, we can offer customers additional tools to increase patient adherence and improve overall patient outcomes,” said Jon Bell, market analyst for QS/1. “Heightened focus on overall patient health has placed a premium on ensuring patients are adherent. Partnerships like this one will keep our customers competitive in the pharmacy marketplace now and in the future.”

With the eNGAGE Alert functionality inside of QS/1’s NRx and PrimeCare pharmacy management systems, users can directly access patient-focused services and color-coded adherence measures.

“We are excited to work with the team at QS/1 to implement eNGAGE into their pharmacy management systems,” said Rich Bukovinsky, EVP of business development for FDS. “QS/1 and FDS are working together to help community pharmacies better serve their patients, increase revenues, and compete in today’s pharmacy marketplace.”

QS/1 provides a wide range of healthcare software solutions for pharmacies, chain, and independent professionals in the industry. FDS has business analytics tools that help healthcare workers stay connected to their patients, as well as their business operations.
