We Just Pour Pills.
The persistent misperception that pharmacists just pour pills into bottles.
Ridiculous Refund Requests.
The patient who comes in with a product brand from another pharmacy chain and expects me to give him a refund.
Discontinued Products.
When companies that make diabetic testing meters and supplies change and/or discontinue products without notifying the patient and pharmacy. Some companies market meters with different types of lancets in the same meter kit.
Expired Insurance.
When I say to a customer, “I’m sorry, but your insurance information seems to be out-of-date. Did you get something new in the mail?” The customer replies, “No! Check it again.” Happy New Year from your insurance company!
