Pharmacy Times® interviewed Brady Stein, an associate professor of medicine in hematology and oncology at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, on his presentation at the 62nd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. The presentation discusses a multicenter, noninterventional, prospective observational study of patients with polycythemia vera (PV) in US clinical practices, specifically in relation to mortality and causes of death.

In this video, Stein details issues existing around prior data on the causes of death for patients with PV and explains why it was important to have greater clarity in this area.
