Pharmacists, physicians, and nurses have been among the first to receive COVID-19 vaccinations at health care facilities across the country.

As health facilities around the country begin receiving Pfizer’s coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine, pharmacists, physicians, and nurses have been among the first to receive vaccinations. At Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, employees received the vaccine and spoke about why they believe it is important to get vaccinated.
