Fruth Pharmacy Celebrates Pleasant Valley Hospital's Express Care Opening at the Point Pleasant, WV, Location

POINT PLEASANT, W.Va — Wednesday, February 11th, Fruth Pharmacy celebrated Pleasant Valley Hospital’s Express Care opening at the Jackson Avenue location.

CEO of PVH, Glen Washington, Fruth Pharmacy CEO, Lynne Fruth, Point Pleasant community business leaders, PVH and Fruth Pharmacy staff and pharmacists were happy to welcome everyone to attend the PVH’s Express Care ribbon cutting.

The addition of Express Care to the Fruth Pharmacy store will provide the community with more options for urgent and quick care.

Point Pleasant Fruth Pharmacy store was the first location to add an Express Care Clinic.The addition of Express Care to the Fruth Pharmacy store will provide the community with more options for urgent and quick care.

400 square feet of the store were converted into registration area, two exam rooms and clinical area.

During the Ribbon Cutting, attendees enjoyed delicious snack and drinks, registered for many free prizes, and participated in free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings.

Everyone who came to the store during the event received a special Fruth Pharmacy gift. Prizes donated by Fruth Pharmacy and Pleasant Valley Hospital included: 3 Month Membership to the PVH Wellness Center, 30 minute massage with PVH therapist, 4 CT stroke screenings, pet gift baskets, 2 Forever in my Heart necklaces, Presto Electric Tea Kettle, Fruth 50$ gift card and 50 free digital prints.
