Indication: DerMend is used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations, such as diaper rash and skin burns from radiation therapy.

Insight:

Active ingredients include purified water, propanediol, glycolic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymers, saccharide isomerate, propylene glycol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and glycerin.
If using this product to help treat diaper rash, clean the diaper area well before use and allow the area to dry before applying the product.
Apply to the skin only.
Avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes, inside the mouth/nose, and the vaginal/groin area.
Most emollients can be used safely and effectively with no adverse effects; however, burning, stinging, redness, or irritation may occur.
