Indication: DerMend is used as a moisturizer to treat or prevent dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and minor skin irritations, such as diaper rash and skin burns from radiation therapy.

Insight:

• Active ingredients include purified water, propanediol, glycolic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymers, saccharide isomerate, propylene glycol, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and glycerin.
• If using this product to help treat diaper rash, clean the diaper area well before use and allow the area to dry before applying the product.
• Apply to the skin only.
• Avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes, inside the mouth/nose, and the vaginal/groin area.
• Most emollients can be used safely and effectively with no adverse effects; however, burning, stinging, redness, or irritation may occur.
