Advancing Screening for Chronic Kidney Disease: The Expanding Role of Pharmacists

This article summarizes collaborative strategies used by pharmacists to enhance chronic kidney disease screening, patient identification, and integration into diagnostic workflows, based on recommendations gleaned from roundtables of expert pharmacist stakeholders representing 23 different institutions.
