Everyone Should Be Involved in Measures on Entire Health Care Team

Just making sure that everybody has a seat at the table is the most important thing at PQA.

Pharmacy Times spoke with Lisa Hines, PQA Chief Quality and Innovation Officer, about how pharmacies, health plans, and other stakeholders reacted to this pharmacy measure development work.

Hines: There's a great interest, great support. Lots of impatience, I would say, but we are making such great progress. And the more and more that we can involve all of the stakeholders, I think that the biggest thing is that everybody wants to be at the table. And like I said, people want this done yesterday, and we're making great progress. And then, you know, I do think that everybody is learning more about what measures can do and what they can't do. So lots of energy. Just making sure that everybody has a seat at the table is the most important thing.
