Migraine Triggers Difficult to Pinpoint

According to a study published online on March 27, 2013, in Headache, migraine sufferers may not be able to determine their migraine triggers. The researchers found that patients did not experience triggers under the exact same conditions, making it almost impossible to determine a trigger without statistical analysis.
