Rx 1

When Mayer Maltz, RPh, at New Utrecht Pharmacy in Brooklyn, New York, saw this prescription, he was stumped. A call to the prescribing physician helped clear it up.

Rx 2

Adrienne Janke, PharmD, at CVS Pharmacy in Carmel, Indiana, and her technician, Jenny, had to call the prescriber to clarify this prescription.
