Each tablet contains 30 mg of pseudoephedrine HCl, and the medication is indicated for the relief of nasal congestion due to cold, hay fever, or upper respiratory allergies. Patients 12 years and older should take 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, and children between 6 and 11 years should take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours.
