The third time was not the charm when it came to deciphering this prescription, which was brought to a CVS Pharmacy in Brandon, Mississippi. Pharmacist Cori Vandevender, PharmD, and technicians Toya Smith, CPhT, and Ernesteen Champion each gave this one a shot before they finally broke down and called the physician for clarification.
