Meclizine is an oral antiemeticindicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea,vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness.It is contraindicated in individuals who haveshown a previous hypersensitivity to it. The initial doseof 25 to 50 mg Meclizine HCl should be taken 1 hourprior to travel for protection against motion sickness.Thereafter, the dose may be repeated every 24 hoursfor the duration of the journey.
