LONG-TERM CARE PROGRAM OFFERED

The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) is offering the Community Aging, Assisted Living, and Long Term Care (CAALLTC) program. The 2-day program is targeted for beginners or seasoned veterans and focuses on providing senior-friendly community services and showing pharmacists how to efficiently and profitably serve assisted living and long-term care facilities and their residents.

The program is being offered in Las Vegas July 6-7 and is sponsored by McKesson; Las Vegas July 15-16 and is sponsored by AmerisourceBergen; and October 9-10 preceding the NCPA 110th Annual Convention and Trade Exposition.

This program will provide participants with 15.25 Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education Continuing Education (CE) hours (1.525 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education, and also is accredited by NCPA?s National Institute for Pharmacist Care Outcomes. For more information, call 800-544-7447.
