Lake Consumer Products recently received the CVS/pharmacy Field Choice Award in its health care division. The company received the recognition for a portable hand sanitizer spray it manufactures for CVS/pharmacy.

The award was voted on by nearly 1700 CVS employees during the retailer's national convention. Judging criteria included product innovation, customer value, packaging, and overall quality.

"This award is very important to everyone at Lake Consumer Products," commented Mike Kermendy, director of marketing for the company. "It's especially rewarding because it was voted on by the store managers, pharmacists, merchandising personnel, and other front-line employees who really understand the products that are truly connecting with CVS shoppers."
