KUDOS TO CCRx
MemberHealth’s CCRx has earned the distinction of being the highest-rated Medicare Part D plan in overall customer satisfaction, according to Wilson Health Information.
In the 2007 WilsonRx Survey Report, MemberHealth’s CCRx was compared with the top plans evaluated across 32 prescription drug plan markets in the United States. The results were based on responses from 4646 Medicare Part D participants, taken from a national survey of 33,531 heads of households who completed the survey. The respondents reported on plan features they reviewed before choosing a plan and what they considered the most important of those features.
Charles E. Hallberg, president and chief executive officer of Member-Health, attributed the high satisfaction among Part D enrollees to a variety of factors, including affordable plans, incentive programs that save beneficiaries money, and the company empowering pharmacists to counsel Medicare beneficiaries on their drug treatment.
