Gloria Delarosa, PharmD, of Shriners Hospital for Children in Los Angeles, Calif, did not know where to begin when attempting to fill this prescription. Because it is a pediatric surgical hospital, Dr. Delarosa did not want to play a guessing game. When she had the resident who wrote the script paged, there was no response.
