Contrary to its name, Cram is as useful for industrious students as it is for chronic procrastinators. The app’s study mode helps users turn textbook outlines and lecture notes into digital flashcards with images and text. MedWatcher

MedWatcher is a collaborative effort hatched by researchers at Children’s Hospital Boston, Harvard Medical School, and the University of North Carolina to improve drug safety surveillance. Both health care professionals and patients can use the app to report adverse events to the FDA and track government safety alerts for a customized list of prescription medications. Supported by scientific research, Med- Watcher’s user-friendly reporting forms are its biggest draw and a substantial improvement over the FDA’s tools for reporting adverse events via MedWatch.
