SALARY RANKING: WHERE DO PHARMACISTS FALL?

Published Online: Thursday, March 1, 2007

An analysis of Bureau of Labor Statistics data has ranked pharmacists 35th overall in the United States in terms of salary. Their average annual pay is $88,650.

The data also show that the top 9 positions are all in the health care field. Pharmacist earnings do, however, exceed the salaries for financial service agents, public relations managers, and rocket scientists.
