ISMP REDESIGNS WEB SITE

The Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) has revamped its Web site (www.ismp.org) to allow users to find lifesaving educational materials on medication errors and adverse events more easily. ISMP has added new content, and navigational tools have been improved so that the organization's resources and recommendations are a click away. Highlights of the redesigned Web site include the following:

• All medication safety resources grouped in one section for easy reference
• Improved access to selected content from ISMP Medication Safety Alert! newsletters
• Brief on-line surveys regarding medication safety issues and services
