Seminar to Educate Military Pharmacists

The American Pharmacists Association and the Department of Defense (DoD) will present the 9th Annual Combined Forces Pharmacy Seminar from October 23 to 27, 2005, in San Diego, Calif. This year's theme is "DoD Pharmacy: Always Watchful in Patient Care." The program will include an exhibition supported by >80 health care industries and provide an opportunity for participants to network on health care issues.

More than 4200 pharmacists and technicians from the military are engaged in federal pharmacy activities around the world. The seminar continues to grow and gives pharmacy professionals wanting to learn the latest in military pharmacy practices and pharmaceutical sciences a choice of 25 education sessions.
