Pamphlet Explains Common Skin Disorder

Published Online: Wednesday, June 1, 2005

A new educational booklet for patients with seborrheic dermatitis is now available from Coria Laboratories. Managing Seborrheic Dermatitis describes the skin disorder and how it can be treated and managed. The chronic inflammatory condition is characterized by a red, scaly, itching, or burning rash on various places on the body such as the face, scalp, and chest. Although the condition can present itself in men or women at any age, it is marginally more common in men. It also has long been considered especially prevalent in infants, the middle-aged, and the elderly.

Managing Seborrheic Dermatitis is free for health care professionals. To order a copy of the booklet, call 866-819-9007.
