Campaign Spotlights Patients' Pharmacy Experiences

Medicine Shoppe International (MSI) recently unveiled a new national advertising campaign that focuses on the unique customer experience Medicine Shoppe pharmacists provide. The campaign, called "Caring Beyond Prescriptions," includes television and radio announcements. Using real-life examples provided by Medicine Shoppe franchisees, the campaign illustrates Medicine Shoppe pharmacists' dedication to customer care and counseling by highlighting examples of customers'experiences.

MSI worked with the Schupp Co to develop the campaign. The team conducted research with current and potential customers. The research indicated that the Medicine Shoppe pharmacy experience sits well with seniors and individuals who are skeptical about taking their medications. "Our research demonstrated the unique, personalized relationship our pharmacists have with their customers, and the loyalty our customers feel to our pharmacies as a result,"said Terry Burnside, president of MSI.
