Campaign Spotlights Patients' Pharmacy Experiences
Medicine Shoppe International(MSI) recently unveiled a newnational advertising campaign thatfocuses on the unique customerexperience Medicine Shoppe pharmacistsprovide. The campaign,called "Caring Beyond Prescriptions,"includes television and radioannouncements. Using real-lifeexamples provided by MedicineShoppe franchisees, the campaignillustrates Medicine Shoppe pharmacists'dedication to customer careand counseling by highlightingexamples of customers'experiences.
MSI worked with the Schupp Coto develop the campaign. The teamconducted research with current andpotential customers. The researchindicated that the Medicine Shoppepharmacy experience sits well withseniors and individuals who areskeptical about taking their medications."Our research demonstratedthe unique, personalized relationshipour pharmacists have with theircustomers, and the loyalty our customersfeel to our pharmacies as aresult,"said Terry Burnside, presidentof MSI.
