Target Corp has joined the expanding network of chain and independent pharmacies participating in McKesson Corp's Specialty Health Network program to improve service for the increasing number of patients taking specialty pharmaceuticals. Target began rolling out the program in June 2004, and these services will be available at all Target pharmacies by the end of 2004.

McKesson's Specialty Health Network provides better-quality services to patients taking specialty medications for chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, hepatitis C, and multiple sclerosis. Also, McKesson provides reimbursement services to help simplify medication coverage.
