The 2003 edition of The Healthy Heart Handbook for Women offers new information on women?s heart disease and suggestions for reducing the risk of heart-related problems. The 106-page handbook includes updated information on preventing and controlling high blood pressure and on postmenopausal therapy, as well as information about the warning signs of heart attack in women.
