Health care information technology research firm KLAS named ScriptPro number 1 in its category in the annual report 2012 Best in KLAS Award: Software & Services. This is the second year in a row that SP Central Pharmacy Management System received the top ranking from ScriptPro customers in the category of Software Solutions—Pharmacy—Outpatient (Retail).

The Best in Klas Awards recognize the best-performing software and services vendors based on customer input. Reports compiled by KLAS represent the opinions of users of the products, who evaluate software providers, products, and services based on the needs of their organizations.

“Providers recognize the critical nature that vendors play in improving health care delivery,” said Adam Gale, KLAS President. “Thus, a growing number of providers are weighing in on vendor performance. It speaks volumes that providers want to be heard and counted. And vendors are listening.”

“We really value the KLAS ratings,” said Mike Coughlin, President and CEO of ScriptPro. “They give us objective information on how we’re doing from the perspective of our customers. They also help focus the atten- tion of our team on the all-important mission of continuously improving, and providing products and services that we can all be proud of.”
