The article on Home Diagnostic Kits in the September 2004 issue of Pharmacy Times should have said that the FDA has cleared home testing kits for consumer use.

The article on Fluoroquinolones in the September issue should have referred to nalidixic acid as a quinolone.

An error in editing resulted in misinformation in the article, Statins and Diabetes (October 2004). The table should have said that there are currently 6 statins on the market. Ezetimibe (Zetia) and the combination product ezetimibe/simvastatin (Vytorin) should not have been included.
