Rx 1: A patient's parent dropped off this prescription on a weekend to Registered Pharmacist Patricia Jaramillo, of CVS Pharmacy in Buffalo, NY. At first glance, the pharmacy staff did not know what medication was being prescribed. After consultation with the patient's parent, physician, and medication profile, the correct medication and instructions were clarified.
